What is a PAC? 

A Parent Advisory Council is an advocacy group made up of parents to discuss school issues, goals, and the wellbeing of the students in Elev8 DESK. This is a forum where parents can ask questions, voice concerns, and speak to other parents. It is the ideal place to learn about what is going on in the school itself. If you are a parent of a child in DESK then you are a PAC member!

The PAC members also organize PAC-related activities, raise funds for school events and activities, apply for and manage the Community Gaming Grant, and promote parent support and involvement within ELEV8 DESK.

We invite and welcome all parents and caregivers of ELEV8 DESK students to our Parent Advisory Council (PAC).

The DESK PAC is committed to every student by encouraging parental and community communication, education, and involvement. PAC provides a dynamic link between home, school, and local community; it is vital to all learners and a healthy school community.
